The fun of stamping your bracelet and focusing on your intention is really the heart of the process. Each hammered letter will have its own unique style and appearance-likely not perfect, but just what it needs to be. That imperfect beauty reflects your personal path.

Think it. Embed it. Embrace it.

In order to fully embed your intention we will be incorporating all the senses: specifically curated music, an ambient scent, a selection of teas, and tactile bracelet making, literally embedding your intention into your metal bracelet creating a lasting, wearable reminder of what matters most. You’ll take home more than jewelry — you’ll leave with your clear intention, an inspiring experience, and even an artisan crafted hand soap with the same signature scent to help you reconnect with the experience long after it ends.

And when you’re ready, you’re welcome to join another session to add to your stack — each bracelet marking a meaningful step forward.

This isn’t just about jewelry-it’s a personal reminder of what you’re working towards and make happen in your life. Interested in learning even more? Scroll down and see how I came up with the idea and where my inspiration came from!

My Inspiration?

I’ve heard and read, soooo many times that if you want to bring something about in your life you should write your intention down a thousand times, and think about it over and over again, also known as ‘Manifesting’. You do this to try and keep it top of mind, and in turn it may eventually be embedded into your subconscious mind.

Here’s Why—when you plant something deep in your subconscious, your brain starts quietly working behind the scenes to spot opportunities and make connections that line up with what you want. It helps you stay focused, motivated, and more likely to take action—almost like your mind is clearing a path to get you there.

Here’s my question—Who the heck has time to write something down 1000 times?! Most people are going to quit after what, 20 or 30 times?! If you’re really committed, maybe 100-200? Have you ever tried writing down the exact same thing 20 times? Let alone 1000?

I have tried and have gotten as far as about 20 times maybe. As I am a gal who’s all about efficiency and the best path, I thought, there’s gotta be a better way to do this! I then decided to do some research thinking this has to be more about science and not just writing it down one thousand times and it works like magic or ‘wishful thinking’.

Turns out that science suggests the more of your senses you can involve, the better odds of embedding your thought or intention into your mind. Because I’m crafty and a hands-on kind of gal, I was like OK how can I embed this into my mind? I mean physically embed it AND then, embed it into my mind? (because my mind is stubborn it needs a hammer effect).

Sight/Touch: Then thought came to me… I will make an intention bracelet. Like physically stamping (hammering) my intention and the words into a metal bracelet. So I can wear it, AND look at it each day to remind myself what to focus on. I will also be creating the memory of hammering each letter into the bracelet, thinking about the process, and my intention. Like “I’m so serious about this intention, I’m gonna take the time to hammer it into a bracelet, and then wear it!” So I did!

And because again I am who I am, I had to take it to the next level. What are the other senses, and how can I incorporate these into the process to improve my odds of getting this to stick?

More Sound and Sight: this workshop is just as much for me as it is for everyone else who attends. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I have learned a few things, and I figured why not go on this journey with others. It’s a little bit easier when you have someone else, who is positive, uplifting, and can be supportive, even if it’s just for a couple of hours to get you started.

For about the first half hour, a small talk about bringing your intentions to life, a little bit how your brain works and why we’re doing the things were doing. My hope is that you will also find some inspiration to get started and on your way toward what’s really important to you.

Sound. That was an easy one. I created a music playlist (that I will play at the workshop) with songs I already have on my computer, phone, and playlists — songs that resonate with me and that I frequently play on repeat. That positive music will be a cheat, or mental “PASS GO” card, so when we hear it, it automatically links the song with the thought.

Personally, I like just having one song that plays over and over again. Cue the song Make It Mine by Jason Mraz, which is at the very top of the playlist. But I do have other songs I’ve now added to my playlist — ones I’ve used in the past to help myself feel different emotions.

These are all my favourites, but in life, I always recommend that people find a song that resonates with them, and build a soundtrack to their lives.

Smell. OK, I like the challenge. And because again, I am who I am — someone who has done so many different things — I’m like, “What have I done that incorporates smell?” Easy. Soap making.

With my insanely strong sense of smell, and my soap making skills, I’ve created a bar of hand soap that has the saying I AM embedded in it. It’s literally a clear bar of soap with soap letters inside that you can see! When I’m washing my hands and smelling one of the two signature scents, I’m reminded that ‘I AM… working towards what I’m working towards’. And that’s what you’ll be able to do too.

In the workshop, you will go home with one of two soaps — either the most amazing lavender scent you’ve ever smelled (not like the lavender you know), or Merlot, which I also call Grown-Up Grape.
At the workshop, I’m going to have bottles of each scent so you can try it either on your skin or on a card to find the right match send at the same time you’ll be exposed to the scent while making a bracelet and being at the workshop.

Taste. What the heck can I do that would involve taste? Something that could happen while making the bracelet, at the event, and then would be different enough from what people already know and associate with something else?

Tea. Yes, I went and tried dozens and dozens of teas from shops and stores all over! I even made a spreadsheet (of course). Then tested and recorded them all. Finally, I found the teas that I felt were unique enough to be different, yet enjoyable (nothing too exotic), pretty (yep, really pretty!), while being affordable and easy for anybody to purchase after the event.

It is my hope that you will join me, and we can start and work on this journey together. You might even make a friend along the way, again, even if it’s only for a couple of hours.
